SJRC Texas is dedicated to building resilient families and fostering safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable children. With a focus on family preservation and child well-being, the nonprofit delivers a comprehensive suite of evidence-based services, including therapeutic care, community-based support, and in-home interventions. From our Family Resource Center’s accessible family support and community resources to trauma-informed care for those experiencing foster care, SJRC Texas is a steadfast partner, supporting families in building strong, positive foundations for the future.

DFPS reports in 2024 there were 53,543 confirmed victims of abuse and/or neglect in Texas; 6,704 of these victims lived in Bexar County and the South Central and Hill Country area (Region 8).

SJRC Texas and its premier programs serve nearly 3,000 children and youth throughout Bexar County and the South Central and Hill Country Region, covering 28 Texas Counties. Be the difference and get involved!
