Childbirth Classes

Our Childbirth Education classes can help parents prepare for labor and delivery and can benefit partners and birth support teams. Class will cover topics such as the stages of labor and what to expect from each phase, listening and understanding your body's messages, and how to best support the person and process of each stage of labor. Our Breastfeeding Education Classes provide the tools necessary to set a family up for success and make your new baby’s arrival and feeding journey a joyful experience. Learn about the benefits of breastfeeding and the basics of milk expression/storage. Classes coming soon!
