The evidenced based Parents as Teachers (PAT) program provides the information, support, and resources families need to help their children develop during the crucial early years of life.
The PAT program is available at no cost to parents and/or caregivers of children from prenatal through kindergarten. Our team of childhood development experts will help you give your child the best possible start.
Our program also includes opportunities to connect with other families through activities, support groups and links you to any needed resources.
Parent-Child Activities
Each home visit includes a fun and engaging activity that promotes positive parent-child interaction and facilities learning.
Development-Centered Parenting
Parent Educators partner with families to understand their child's needs as they grow and develop in areas of attachment, sleep, nutrition, health, positive discipline and more!
Family Well-Being
PAT incorporates the entire family unit through goal setting, resource connections, nurturing healthy relationships, balancing priorities and incorporating recreational opportunities.
