EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: SJRC Texas recognizes its duty to continue to provide Equal Employment Opportunity for all qualified persons. SJRC Texas reaffirms its commitment that there shall be no discrimination against employees or applicants for employment based on race, color, political beliefs, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
SJRC Texas provides educational-based internships for student learners in need of experience within the nonprofit setting (primarily for undergraduate and graduate Social Work degrees). We appreciate your time, effort and interest in an internship. Due to a high number of applications, we are unable to provide status checks on all internship or employment applications and resumes. Please be assured, if you are among the qualified candidates we select to interview, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Best of luck with the application process and please continue to visit our website for future employment, internship and volunteer opportunities.
Our Internship Interest Form can be submitted electronically through the link below. A full application will be completed post initial interview and for continuation of the application/selection process. For additional assistance, you may reach out to Chief Administrative Officer, Carlye Dupart, cdupart@sjrctexas.org.
Please provide complete and legible information. An incomplete application may affect your consideration for employment/internship opportunities. If necessary, attach a separate sheet for additional information. The information collected by this application is solely to determine suitability for employment, verify identity and maintain employment statistics on applicants. Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain state or local laws. A reasonable accommodation is a change in the way things are normally done which will ensure an equal employment opportunity without imposing undue hardship on SJRC. Please inform the company’s personnel representative if you need assistance completing any forms or to otherwise participate in the application process. Your application will be active for [60] days. If you are not hired during that time period, but wish to continue to be considered for available opportunities, you must complete a new application.
